Wufoo Form

Wufoo is a wonderful service that helps you create forms on the web. Whether it's a survey, registration, or some other form of data collection, Wufoo can handle it.

CleanSlate can help you get a form you created with their tool onto your site in CleanSlate.

  1. Go to wufoo.com and log in.
  2. In CleanSlate, go to the page where you want to add your form.
  3. Click Snippet > Wufoo form.
  4. Choose the form you would like to put on your page from the list by clicking "Insert".
  5. Hit "Publish".
