Removing Formatting

(The remove formatting button is in the bottom half of the toolbar and appears as Remove Formatting Button)

remove formatting

The user has the option to strip text of any of the text formatting options (ex. bold text, link text, list text) that have been applied to it by highlighting the text and surrounding text, then selecting the remove formatting button from the toolbar. This will take the content back to its plain text state.

For example, if you wanted to unbold the word WVU in this sentence, you would select "word WVU in" with your cursor and hit the remove formatting button.
