Formatting Text
Use the block formats button 
to choose the heading size you want the text to be. Your page should have only one <h1> on the page. Other headings should use <h2>'s, <h3>'s and so on respectively. Structuring your page semantically will help your search engine rankings as well as your users. Most body text should be standard paragraph (<p>) text.
